Our principals have taught thousands of managers from all over the world through our workshops and lectures at conferences across North and South America. Our organizational history goes back to 1992 and is currently incorporated in North Carolina as Integral Performance Solutions, LLC.
Meet the Team
As an organizational change agent, Todd has over 20 years of experience helping individuals, teams and organizations conquer their toughest challenges and realize their most ambitious goals.
In addition to serving as CEO of Integral Performance Solutions (IPS), a management consulting, coaching and training firm, Todd serves as an Improvement Advisor for the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI). Additionally, Todd serves as Adjunct Undergraduate and Graduate Faculty at Western Carolina University and has over ten years of experience as a Six Sigma Instructor for North Carolina State University.
Todd’s formal education includes an AAS in emergency healthcare, a BS in business administration, MBA, MHA and a Ph.D. in Organizational Systems. Todd’s research involves using adult developmental constructs to inform organizational change efforts.
