Deployment Performance Improvement and Performance Improvement Program Development Project - Montgomery County Hospital District EMS
IPS was engaged by the Emergency Medical Services Division of the Montgomery County Hospital District (MCHD EMS) to provide a general review of their ambulance deployment analysis and planning processes. The goal of the project was to offer suggestions to improve the accuracy, precision and efficiency of their deployment as a means to reduce response time intervals and reduce operating costs without decreasing performance.
IPS was also engaged to assist MCHD EMS by reviewing, training and coaching their managers in ways to enhance their overall performance improvement strategies and methods.
