WORKSHOP
Six Sigma Yellow Belt Course
Traditional approaches to quality management have had limited success in many types of enterprises - including services, manufacturing, healthcare, government and not-for-profit organizations. In contrast, properly implemented Six Sigma programs have been extremely successful in getting measurable results on projects that are aligned to organizational priorities. Six Sigma is a project-based approach to choosing, supporting and conducting process improvement projects with measurable results that improve outcomes, make processes operate more effectively and efficiently, and make better use of an organization's financial resources. The Six Sigma Yellow Belt Workshop provides personnel with the knowledge and skills they need to fully participate on successful six sigma project teams - and receive the 'Yellow Belt' level of Six Sigma skills. This workshop is also the first step for those who plan to on for ‘green belt’ certification – the minimum desired certification level for persons who intend to lead six sigma process improvement projects.
