This course is designed to provide a brief introduction to your employees on the concepts behind the Six Sigma approach to improving organizational performance. This course is typically used in conjunction with the implementation of a Six Sigma strategy or to provide an initial training session to those who will be participating on a Six Sigma project team.
The class lasts less than 30 minutes, but is able to help employees understand the purpose of Six Sigma, how projects are conducted, and how they may be asked to collect data in support of a project team or even become a project team member. The course offers easy to relate to examples of how Six Sigma projects operate within a business environment.
