LIVE WEBINAR
Getting Started:
Using Statistical
Process Control
Statistical process control (SPC) is a 'best practice' that can help you improve your management of the many processes inside your organization. Regardless if the processes are service, manufacturing, support, administrative or financial, SPC can help you monitor their performance and alert you when something happens that warrants further investigation. When you make changes to a process, SPC will give you objective and statistically valid feedback if the change helped, hurt, or didn't really matter.
This class is presented as a live webinar format. It is the first in a series of three webminars covering the use and implementation of SPC in service organizations. Participants will be given sample data to use in exercises. Using WebEx virtual meeting technology, you and the faculty will be able share each other's computers to help ensure you see, understand, and successfully learn from the exercises on your own computer during the class.
