IPS (as HealthAnalytics) was engaged by Zoll Data Systems to develop of a ‘Return On Investment’ calculator to help its potential customers see how implementation of an electronic prehospital medical record system can save money in operating expenses over time.
The tool allows users to input information on their call volume, transport rates, current costs of paper forms, labor hours for inputting reports by field crews or office staff, and many other factors to yield an accurate ROI comparison between paper and electronic reporting systems.
