Better Design, Better Performance
Helping public safety organizations (EMS, fire departments, 9-1-1 communications centers, law enforcement agencies) improve their systems, processes and performance - that's at the core of what we do. Sometimes it's helping a fire department first responder organization evaluate and improve their organizational structure and service quality. Other times, we may be helping an EMS system improve processes for positioning their stations and vehicle deployments to reduce response time intervals. We might be training and coaching a 9-1-1 communications center's management team as they implement new systems and processes for performance improvement.
In every case, IPS is focused on optimizing the design and alignment of systems and processes with a public safety organization's mission and vision to meet the needs of their community with higher quality and lower operating costs. Learn more...
